These outstanding fajitas start with steak, chicken and/or seafood marinated for tenderness and flavor. We add sautéed onions, bell peppers and tomatoes. Served with rice and beans, romaine lettuce, sour cream, guacamole, pico de gallo and corn, flour or homemade tortillas.
